The beginning

So, this is the blog that I will be using to keep all of my family, friends, acquaintances, and internet stalkers informed of my life, particularly while I’m abroad in South Korea. I plan on posting lots of pictures and trying to update monthly… We’ll see how that goes. Anyways, thanks for keeping tabs and being interested. All my other jibber-jabber following this is just about maybe some supplementary things I’ll be doing with this blog as well as explaining the whole Korea bit. Thank you!

I’m also thinking of using this to discuss other topics (theology, church history, philosophy) as well when the time is right for it. Should I post these things for everyone to see, I will try to keep my discourse civil and in the comments I expect to see the same coming from anyone who wishes to discuss things. That being said, I’ll moderate and delete comments as necessary.

Also, note: For those of you who didn’t know, I’m moving to South Korea (on July 18th 2013) to teach English. I’m doing this through a program at Korean Nazarene University and I’m hoping to earn my master’s degree while I’m overseas. My contract is for a year, but I hope to stay longer. Any further details will probably be discussed later from Korea once I’m settled.

  1. Andrew, I’m impressed with the wonderful beginning in your blog. It’s going to be great to keep up with what you’re learning and doing in Korea and we can all learn from your experiences, too. Again, I hope it’s a wonderful and rewarding experience for you. Love you! Grammie
